USM ICC Fall 2007 Retreat

The Wisp Complete Meeting Package

To reserve the conference package using a credit card, you may call the Wisp Resort at 1-800-462-9477.

  • The conference package rate is $176.00 for single occupancy, inclusive, plus applicable state and local taxes.
  • The conference package rate is $132.00 per person for double occupancy, inclusive, plus applicable state and local taxes.
  • The Wisp conference package includes the lodging room for 9/27 (Th), AM refreshment break, lunch buffet, PM refreshment break, dinner buffet, breakfast buffet on 9/28 (Fri) and meeting space for both days.
  • If you wish to stay at the resort on 9/26 (Wed), you may reserve a lodging room for $89.00 plus applicable taxes, single or double occupancy.
  • Remember to mention the "University System of Maryland ICC Retreat 2007."
  • Credit cards will not be charged until the day of check-in.
  • Debit cards will not be accepted for payment at the Wisp Hotel.
  • You will need to show a copy of your institution's Tax Exempt ID number to have the Maryland sales tax removed from your bill.
  • The Resort Service Fees of $5.25 will be waived for ICC attendees during the retreat.
  • If you would like to extend your stay through the weekend, you may reserve lodging rooms for $119.00 plus applicable taxes per room per night.

  • Any cancellations or changes for individual rooms must be made prior to August 27th to avoid penalty fees. A minimum of one night's stay will be charged.
  • The deadline for reserving conference packages will be AUGUST 25, 2007.
